A parcel's life, told in the order it happens — because every stage of it belongs to Amazon, and the only part this site ever touches is the moment before stage one.

The click

A button here opens the live listing; from your first tap on Amazon's page, their machinery owns the journey. Two seconds of reading before you buy set the whole trip: the seller line (sold by Amazon or a marketplace seller — the first usually ships faster) and the delivery estimate printed above the button.

One check unique to this shelf: confirm the box says ChomChom. The knock-off trade is real, and Amazon's also-bought carousel does not share this site's principles.

The wait

Tracking, delays, reroutes and the where-is-it-now anxiety all live in Your Orders on Amazon — their staff can see the parcel move; nobody here can. A roller is a hardy traveler with no temperature needs, no fragile parts and no expiry, so the wait is the only hard part.

The doormat

Box arrives, tools come out, fur starts losing. If the box arrives crushed, opened, or suspiciously off-brand, photograph it before touching anything further and open a case in Your Orders — Amazon settles transit damage quickly with evidence.
